Solutions
1、Automatic control system is configurated on POWERTEC Genset to work with ATS cabinet in the power distribution room to realize genset automatically starting up and power supplying when city power is off without any manually intervene.
2、Genset configuration will be adjusted or some external auxiliary equipment will be added according to practical working environment or working condition. Such as
a. Mounting water heater or oil heater. b. Strengthen air intake to provide enough air for the Genset room which has a small air intake entrance . c. As for the room of air intaking critically insufficient, remote water tank or outer loop cooling tower will be provided.
3、When a single genset cannot supply enough power for customers’ loading consumption. POWERTEC has solution of providing multi-gensets with parallel system to automatically transfer the power supplying from city power to the genset. It will also automatically transfer from genset to city power according the actual loading situation. With this, the electric power is well guaranteed and cost will be reduced to the lowest.
4、485 interfaces and communication protocol will be provided to monitor genset working status from control room.
5、Each engine and alternator of POWERTEC genset comes from international prestigious brand and has been strictly tested. Every genset in the room is designed as double redundancy. It is configurated with PMG which has strong capacity on anti interference and impulse.
