On July 13, 2021, Powertec Generator System Inc held the second round of shareholder partners’ equity grant meeting in Huizhou factory, which is the second phase of equity awards after we implemented internal equity incentive. The first batch of shareholders and the second batch of shareholders of Powertec company attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman of Powertec company, Mr. Zheng delivered a speech. After that, under the guidance of the host, the second batch of shareholders moved to the platform and stand in a line, then Mr. Zheng issued equity certificates and take a group photo with them one by one.
Later there was a solemn shareholder oath ceremony. All the second batch of shareholders facing the platform, swore solemnly and passionately :

After the oath ceremony, some shareholder representatives made speeches and summarized the influence and changes brought to the development of Powertec since the implementation of equity grant in the past year.
Our Chairman Mr. Zheng saying, "I believe that after the implementation of equity incentive, our company will continue to make further progress, which will fully activate the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of the management team. With the continuous expansion of the shareholder team, the company has more vitality and stronger anti risk ability, so that all shareholders can share the business accumulation and development achievements."
Finally, all the shareholders took a group photo.
